A quality-price ratio never before encountered, and yet I have made restaurants with it. All dishes are exquisite, from starters to desserts and main course. The service is also very pleasant, at the same level as the dishes. The food and wine pairing suggestions are to die for. In short, if you are looking for a good restaurant in Vannes, this is the one, without any hesitation. You have to book of course 🤙🏻
I have the opportunity to go there very often for lunch and I am never disappointed.
The menus change every week, the dishes are good and the service is impeccable.
Small downside often noticed, the dishes lack consistency. It's a bit tight in terms of quantity (vegetables/starches).

We had lunch for 4 in a not pretentious but refined setting in a bright basement. The service is discreet and efficient in very tasteful stoneware dishes. On the plate, originality and balance are essential, even the coffee is delicious!!
